Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unused brushes in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your packing slip.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
